About Bio Scents
Based in the south of Portugal, Bio Scents offers a range of high quality fragrance products for home and body with 100% natural ingredients. Our products have been carefully designed to use as little plastic as possible. Our simple and redolent products support a healthy body, mind and spirit, by bringing a natural scent to your home and body.
With so many chemical and bad quality products on the market these days, we aim to provide simple, natural and quality products and to offer transparency about the ingredients used. We use glass bottles, wooden & bamboo caps for our oils to reduce plastic waste.
We carefully source our materials from all over the world: dried lavender and lavender oil comes from France, rose petals from Bulgaria, rose buds from Morocco, Eucalyptus and almond oil from Portugal, Rosemary from Spain, Bergamot from Italy, Peppermint from Hungary, Tea Tree from South Africa, Lemon Grass from India, Sweet Orange from Mexico and Ylang Ylang from Madagaskar.
We believe in kindness – to ourselves, others, our planet and the many wonderful plants and creatures we share it with. Our aim is to gather together the very best plastic free, zero waste and eco-friendly products out there to give you a helping hand on your journey to being more sustainable.
We only use suppliers who, like us, are eco-friendly, plastic free and ethical. The bees at the Vera-Bee hive personally research and test each and every product and we only stock the things we really love and think you will love too. All our products are palm oil-free, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly (the only non-vegan products we stock are those which contain beeswax from the UK supporting local beekeepers). All our packaging is recyclable and we reuse as much as possible, including packaging from our suppliers and off-cuts from our fabrics.
